Hello my loves!
I'm braving the keyboard again, but this time a little more healed up. I should probably still be in the sling, but I really want to gently stretch out my arm and shoulder, everything was getting so stiff. I have been working the last few days, putting myself on light duty, being kind of pitiful when it comes to our gowning procedures, thank goodness for my amazing friends that are also my dear, patient coworkers. I'm starting to be able to move my arm and shoulder a little more every day without wincing in pain, which is awesome, since it's only been a week. On June 4th, I go see the orthopedic surgeon I was referred to for my follow up, to see how everything is healing and to see if, in the future, I'll need surgery to make sure I don't continue to dislocate this shoulder, since I had sprained it over a year ago, and now this dislocation. JOY!
My parents were very kind and caring while I've been injured and while Corey was away, helping me run errands, bringing me food since I was having so much trouble getting up and down the stairs to make food, and there wasn't much in the apt since I couldn't really get to the store. They took me to see Dark Shadows on Saturday too, and I had the most pitiful moment of my injury..ever....I had my hands full of concessions and a severe lack of balance and couldn't grab ahold of the escalator to go up...my parents left me at the bottom, then my dad raced back down to help me up. Yeah...pitiful.
My leg is almost all healed up too, after a small infection scare and a lot of soreness, now just finish peeling and then go back in to finish filling it in. I'm excited for it to be done!!!

Just a couple more inches of band to fill in and the flower! Then the old garter will be no more!
So on to Rammstein!!! It was a great show, absolutely amazing. My dad had a blast, and the person I took in place of Corey (since he was leaving on his trip) was my coworker...
